Skills: Service-oriented attitude, professional appearance, respectfulness, punctuality Responsibilities: Attend to and inform patients regarding all aspects of Dr. Simi’s laboratory services, delivering excellent service quality to achieve full patient satisfaction and thereby increase client acquisition. Collect payments for tests and services provided. Manage the fixed fund of the laboratory unit. Prepare reports, maintain control records, and archive documents for submission to corporate headquarters.
