What do I need? * Bachelor’s degree in Administration. * One year of experience in reception or night auditing. * Knowledge of Housekeeping and Front Office departments. Responsibilities: * Represents General Management during your shift. * Plans, coordinates, and supervises hotel activities and operations during the night shift. * Ensures operational continuity and service efficiency. * Resolves guest complaints.
