Branch: Parral, Chihuahua Responsibilities: Prospecting, credit sales, loan disbursement, processing and renewal of group loans, home-based collections management, home visits, group meetings, credit validation and disbursement, credit analysis, file preparation, and financial advisory services to clients. Work is conducted 80% in the field and 20% in the office. (No personnel reporting directly to this position.) Requirements: * Completed junior high school education * Experience may include any of the following: sales (as promoter or coordinator), field sales, or field collections—minimum 6 months We Offer: Weekly salary payment (Monthly base salary + transportation allowance + two-month guarantee bonus = MXN 13,580 nominal monthly) Portfolio management bonus Commission per new client Anniversary bonus Life insurance Savings fund Uniform Company-issued mobile phone And more...
