REQUIREMENTS - Age 24–35. - Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Transportation, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, or related field. - Extensive experience as a logistics analyst, transportation analyst, operations analyst, operational data analyst, distribution assistant, or related role. - Willingness to travel. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS - Logistics, transportation, and distribution KPIs. - Fleet administration and control. - Logistics cost analysis and budgeting. - Problem analysis. - Administrative control. - Organization. - Stress management. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage logistics fleet databases (routes, vehicles, drivers, maintenance, fuel, incidents). - Prepare periodic fleet performance reports by analyzing availability, utilization, and productivity indicators. - Monitor key operational indicators (cost per kilometer, fuel consumption, maintenance, and delivery times). - Identify logistical performance variances through comparative analysis of actual results versus targets or historical data. - Ensure fleet maintenance compliance and operational condition standards. - Prepare budgets, forecasts, and expense analyses for the logistics department.
