We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Recruiter with experience covering operational positions. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various platforms * Screening and contacting candidates * Conducting initial and competency-based interviews * Tracking hiring processes * Managing and maintaining candidate files **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting operational profiles * Proficiency with job portals (Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.) * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented attitude **We Offer:** * Salary up to $12,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for growth **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Work Location:** Santa Fe – On-site employment Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
