We seek a **proactive, results-oriented profile with experience in prospecting and attracting commercial talent**, preferably in sectors such as insurance, automotive, or real estate. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting and managing job vacancies on job boards and social media. * Interviewing and selecting commercial talent. * Actively searching for candidates through networking and field prospecting. * Prospecting and following up with client portfolios. * Achieving recruitment and placement targets. **Requirements:** * Experience recruiting commercial profiles or candidates from the insurance sector. * Skills in talent prospecting and attraction. * Focus on metrics and goal achievement. * Residence within a maximum of 1 hour from Metepec. **We Offer:** * $12,000 net monthly salary + performance-based variable bonus. * Fee-based compensation scheme. * Year-end bonus, vacation benefits, and continuous training. * Professional development opportunities, events, travel, and conventions. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
