




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage package and envelope control, ensure quality of service to the end customer, and follow up on incomplete reports and shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Timely and proper handling and follow-up of service reports. 2. Handling of goods and scanning of shipments. 3. Customer support to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Customer Service City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Apr 28, 2026 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Description: Objective: Monitor incoming packages and envelopes to the SAC area; conduct daily audits to verify that services have visit labels; improve service quality delivered to the end customer. Handle and follow up on service reports in a timely and proper manner. Contact customers when their shipment contains incomplete information, follow up, and collect correct information to ensure on-time delivery per the contracted warranty. Goods Handling: Scan incoming and outgoing shipments in the assigned area. Provide customer service and support, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. Generation of damage reports / repackaging reports Requirements Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or completed technical program. Minimum 6 months of experience in operational roles related to customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Advanced customer service skills.
