Ensure compliance with purchasing plans and delivery management We are an international luxury-sector company **(fragrances, makeup, and premium treatments)** with 70 years in the market; if, like us, you are passionate about our industry, join our team as **Senior Procurement Analyst (Maternity Leave Coverage)** **Compensation and Benefits:** * Gross monthly salary: $26,000.00 * Statutory benefits **Responsibilities:** * Align each department with the company’s procurement process. * Generate reports, KPIs, and all updated information regarding purchases made by the department on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, as required by the company. * Standardize and update the supplier database * Identify alternative new suppliers * Generate, place, and track purchase orders according to work plans, supply requirements, and negotiations * Analyze comparative tables and sourcing alternatives * Ensure compliance with purchasing plans * Manage and ensure timely delivery of materials and services according to the needs of each administrative department. * Manage onboarding of new suppliers or updates to existing ones, in accordance with policies and procedures * Track the creation or development of new materials to ensure proper procurement and receipt * Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures for the department. **Requirements:** * Age: 25–40 years * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Commercial Relations, or related field** * Experience: **2 years in procurement / indirect services departments** * Excel * Communication and negotiation skills **Apply through this channel and we will contact you for a virtual interview** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000.00 – $26,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
