Currently, more than 15,000 people worldwide are part of this story. **About the Role:** Responsible for leading assigned stores toward profitable growth and building brand equity through delivery of an exceptional shopping experience. * Sell-out reporting and analysis, identifying opportunities and communicating in-store needs * Inventory reporting, serving as a driver to impact strategies for best sellers, slow movers, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels * Lead/follow up on store openings and remodels, collaborating with respective responsible departments for each task * Supervise preparation of physical inventory counts and reconciliations * Participate in developing each store’s annual and monthly business and sales plans * Recommend product replenishment and deliveries based on store capacity and sales performance * Continuously review key business indicators (KPIs) * Recommend or drive new products to positively impact sales; ensuring correct assortment of basics * Identify trends, evaluate processes, and recommend programs or processes that drive sales, operational improvements, and growth in key performance indicators * Supervise and maintain ongoing contact with the rest of the team to ensure operational consistency across all stores in the Region. Share and standardize best practices by mutual agreement * Develop and retain talent based on Retail Expectations, achieving a total consumer focus * Develop, train, engage, and motivate the high-performing Store Manager team to ensure customer service and operational standards are maintained and sales goals and performance indicators are met or exceeded * Ensure shopping experiences meet brand standards and support rapid expansion of our retail, owned-and-operated (O\&O), and franchise network * Supervise and engage managers to ensure store appearance aligns with visual presentation standards and the business’s commercial requirements * Continuously analyze competition to identify brand opportunity areas and impact, and initiate discussions with relevant departments to enable sound decision-making **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration * Minimum 5 years of experience in the Retail industry * Emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills * Knowledge of marketing frameworks (pricing, programs, advertising, promotions, returns, consumer segmentation) * Computer skills to obtain statistical information, make sales forecasts and plans, apply product display techniques, and understand regional market and consumer dynamics * Analytical ability, interpretation and handling of numerical data * Fluent English * Willingness to travel This position is based at our corporate offices located in Polanco, in a hybrid work model.
