Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Availability for flexible working hours and commuting between Jilotepec and Cuautitlán Izcalli. * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of diesel fuel efficiency and vehicle maintenance. * Proficiency in Google Workspace. * Familiarity with safety and transportation regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Develop strategies to optimize operational processes. * Coordinate and supervise activities of assigned personnel. * Track delivery times, costs, safety, quality, and customer feedback. * Implement corrective actions and resolve operational issues. * Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations. * Design and execute training and development plans for the team. * Innovate programs to ensure continuous improvement. * Manage fleet (76 units) and personnel (6 direct reports).
