Collaborate broadly with internal clients **Purpose** In this role, you will lead multiple projects and drive strategic initiatives initiated by Sales in the region and/or through Global Sales. The initiatives will be central to drive the transformation of the sales function in LATAM to enable sustainable and profitable growth, which will require engagement with multiple areas in LATAM and will require interaction with corporate functions. Working collaboratively in this role will be essential as you work broadly with many internal clients. **Primary Responsibilities:** **Project Manager role**: * Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the identified projects and program; ensures smooth execution and delivery * Managing and utilizing resources across projects * Cross\-project interdependency management * Reporting to senior management * Auditing and health checks on projects and programs **Project Manager detailed responsibilities:** * Leads projects and serves as a liaison between key stakeholders including functional units with the markets * Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the program or project; ensures smooth execution and delivery * Defines the project governance (controls – meeting and reporting cadence, stakeholder groups) * Setting up tools and standards for managing the program * Directs the creation, approval, and ongoing change control of the project plan * Planning the overall program/projects and monitoring the progress * Support in delivering the project within the assigned budget. * Manage risks and issues log and taking corrective measurements * Performs Project Tracking applying this proactive approach in routinely tracking the project members’ progress against their project commitments * Defines Project Roles and Responsibilities and ensures that project members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another * Drives ownership of decisions to the level where the accountability of the decision lies * Managing stakeholders’ communication and change management activities * Managing the main program documentation and repositories * Support and partners with the Change Manager to enable the adoption of the new ways of working **Requirements:** * One year in their current position * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting , Administration * **Experience:** 2 to 3 Project Management experience in a cross\-functional and cross\-geographies setting. * **Languages:** intermediate english * Availability to travel **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proactive approach to learning and reaching business knowledge development * Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs * Problem\-Solving mindset, identify opportunities and solutions. * Ability to collaborate and work through people to accomplish goals. * Candidly engage in open dialogue discussions. * Ability to analyze multiple processes and consolidate activities to streamline and drive efficiencies within an organization. * Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. * **Skills**: priority management, planning and organizing, issues identification and resolution, business communication, strategic thinking, relationship management and critical thinking Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado Sueldo: $39,000\.00 \- $45,500\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Caja de ahorro * Descuento de empleados * Estacionamiento de la empresa * Horarios flexibles * Seguro de gastos médicos * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Seguro de vida * Vales de despensa * Vales de restaurante Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en Monterrey, N.
