Job Summary: We are seeking a Heavy-Duty Vehicle Operator to operate concrete mixer trucks, deliver cargo, comply with safety protocols, and responsibly operate heavy-duty vehicles. Responsible operation of heavy-duty vehicles Heavy-Duty Vehicle Operator **Age:** 24 to 55 years old **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school Requirements * Minimum **2 years** of experience operating: * Heavy-duty cargo trucks (12 tons or more) * Tractor-trailers * Torton and fifth-wheel trucks * Vehicles with **10 or more speeds and torque converter** * Valid Federal Driver’s License Type **B**, or valid cargo transport license * Familiarity with the work area * Residence within a maximum of **1 hour from the workplace** Work Schedule * Shift: **7:00 a.m. until completion of operations** * Fixed day off: **Sunday** Salary and Benefits * Monthly base salary: **$12,386.10** (pre-tax) * Payment per trip starting from the first trip * Payment for downtime * Grocery vouchers: **$176** * Cafeteria vouchers: **$2,500** * Savings fund contribution: **7.20%** * Vacation: **12 days** upon completing the first year * Vacation bonus: **30%** * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo): **16 days** * Life insurance * Uniforms and safety equipment * Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and profit-sharing Available Locations * Cuernavaca, Morelos Responsibilities * Operating concrete mixer trucks * Delivering cargo according to assigned routes * Complying with safety protocols * Responsible operation of heavy-duty vehicles Documents Required for Interview * Resume or completed application form * Valid INE (National Electoral Institute ID) * Valid driver’s license If you wish, I can also assist with: Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
