




Position Summary: We are seeking an SME Account Manager for a growing project that combines financial analysis, credit structuring, and business relationship development with corporate clients. We are consolidating a SOFOM focused on corporate financing and seek to integrate an SME Account Manager into our team who wishes to build a long-term career within a growing project. This position is ideal for professionals from SOFOMs or financial institutions interested in combining financial analysis, credit structuring, and corporate business relationship development. Key Responsibilities Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients in the target market. Identify financing opportunities for businesses and structure viable credit proposals. Participate in the preliminary analysis of credit applications, review of financial information, and assessment of the client's risk profile. Collaborate in preparing complete and properly documented credit files. Collaborate with Risk and Operations departments to ensure robust origination processes. Monitor the loan portfolio, promoting sustainable relationships and timely repayments. Contribute to strengthening internal processes, credit policies, and best practices in origination. Essential Requirements Completed undergraduate degree in economics, administration, or finance (degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions (commercial banking, SOFOM, finance company, or fintech).
