Position Objective To coordinate, supervise, and execute the labor law department’s legal strategies, ensuring comprehensive client service, proper performance of the assigned team, and fulfillment of the department’s legal, operational, and administrative objectives. Main Responsibilities Drafting contracts; monitoring lawsuits, claims, and settlements. Designing, implementing, and monitoring legal strategies regarding employment terminations. Supervising the proper handling of lawsuits, appeals, hearings, and procedural actions. Analyzing legal risks and proposing strategic solutions for each case. Reviewing and approving legal documents, complaints, responses, and relevant filings. Client Service — **Litigation experience is mandatory.** Providing direct and personalized client service. Explaining legal strategies, procedural progress, and potential scenarios. Promptly following up on client inquiries, appointments, and commitments. Assigning workloads and monitoring objective achievement. Improvement and Control Plans Proposing and implementing improvement plans for legal and operational processes. Optimizing timelines, service quality, and departmental outcomes. Establishing performance indicators (KPIs) for the litigation department. Supervising the control of physical and digital case files. Monitoring fees, reporting, billing, and other administrative matters related to the department. Coordinating with other departments within the firm to ensure smooth internal operations. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license are mandatory). Minimum 5 years’ experience in labor law. Solid knowledge of procedural strategy and case portfolio management. Excellent legal writing skills and negotiation abilities. Organization, leadership, and results orientation.
