In this strategic role, you will have full accountability for a high-performance team, test operations, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement, backed by a global organization. If you combine solid technical experience in manufacturing and electrical testing with leadership skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and strategic vision, this is your opportunity to deliver real and lasting impact. **Your Responsibilities** * Lead and develop a high-performance team in the Test Field, managing resources, workloads, test planning and control, operational objectives, and building a culture of trust, collaboration, and operational excellence to ensure the operability of our products. * Provide technical leadership in testing activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leveraging operational data to develop strategies that continuously elevate the department’s performance standards. * Resolve complex technical issues through root cause analysis and lead problem-solving initiatives across testing processes and equipment. * Implement and monitor quality control systems aligned with international standards such as ISO 9001\. * Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on process optimization and measurable outcomes. * Manage cross-functional communication and collaboration, aligning priorities and resolving conflicts effectively. **Qualifications Required** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. * More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing and test fields within the energy industry. * Advanced English proficiency, with ability to manage fluent communication with international teams and maintain ongoing coordination with teams at our factories in the United States, LATAM, and Europe. * Strong leadership, executive presence, and conflict management skills, with demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and earn team respect—viewing human capital development as a cornerstone of operational success. * Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001\ series) and experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. * Analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to interpret operational data, anticipate deviations, and translate insights into outcome-oriented strategic decisions. * Solid knowledge of CFE regulations and European standards applicable to the electrical and manufacturing industries. **About the Team** The selected candidate will join the EQS team as an integral part of our company’s operations. This position reports to the Head of EQS at the factory and works closely with all operational areas.
