We are seeking: IT Project Leader Objective: Manage assigned projects ensuring compliance with phases from preparation, analysis, execution, release, and closure, as well as tracking and controlling associated documentation Responsibilities: \* Manage administration of assigned ongoing projects using project management methodologies and following the established internal project management process. \* Ensure compliance with defined phases in the established process during project management by coordinating activities with Functional Users, Consultants, IT Management, etc. * Report project progress/ deviations clearly and promptly to the organization through periodic meetings with stakeholders. * Manage project release to production environment. * Analyze potential project risks, identifying risks and proposing mitigation actions to anticipate possible issues during project execution. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects. * Minimum 3 years of experience using project management tools, as well as knowledge and application of methodologies according to need, and familiarity with technological tools. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work flexible hours (functional testing may occasionally occur outside regular business hours to avoid operational impact). * Willingness to travel across various company locations in CDMX and the metropolitan area.
