




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Quality Control Supervisor with experience in warehouse, parcel, or cross-border processes, possessing floor-level leadership and an operational focus to ensure process compliance. Focus on problem solving and standards compliance We are looking for an **Operational Quality Control Supervisor** with experience in warehouse, parcel, or cross\-border processes. We seek a candidate with floor-level leadership, an operational mindset, and the ability to work under pressure, ensuring process compliance and uninterrupted operational flow. We offer: * Salary: **$12,000 gross** * KPI Bonus: **$2,000** * Performance Bonus: **$1,500** * Grocery Vouchers: **$2,000** * Statutory Benefits * Availability for MIXED shift**(Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)** Responsibilities: * Validate waybill data and perform reprints when necessary. * Supervise proper label application. * Verify consistency between system records and physical inventory prior to material release. * Manage returns and identify materials not belonging to the company. * Intervene in case of operational bottlenecks, accumulations, or delays. * Coordinate with unloading, sorting, packing, bag supply, and dispatch departments to ensure continuous flow. * Ensure compliance with established quality controls and processes. Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Processes, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in quality control. * Experience leading operational teams. * Knowledge of audits and process controls. * Proficiency in Excel and record-keeping systems. * Experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel operations (preferred). * ***100% prior experience in Parcel Operations:*** * ***Amazon, 99 minutes, J\&T, Mercado Libre, Palacio de Hierro, GXO, Aplus Logistic, Walmart, Estafeta, etc.*** * Flexible schedule availability.
