Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Recruitment Specialist to fill staffing needs across our branches by conducting sourcing and selection of personnel. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and remote interviews FIX FERRETERIAS: We are a group of self-service retail establishments specializing in hardware products, with presence in several cities across the Mexican Republic. We require: Operational Recruitment Specialist Objective: To cover operational staffing requirements across company branches. Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment for operational positions, preferably within the retail sector. Knowledge of various interview methods, administration of psychometric tests, and posting job vacancies across multiple electronic platforms. Experience traveling. Two-year stability in most recent position. Responsibilities: 1. Source external personnel for operational positions. 2. Prepare reports for candidate submission. 3. Post job vacancies across various recruitment channels. 4. Conduct in-person and remote candidate interviews. 5. Assemble personnel files. 6. Process new hires in the payroll system.
