Ability to handle difficult customers **CUSTOMER SERVICE – SKATING AREA** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Primarily responsible for serving both internal and external customers, supporting various departments, handling cash, managing inventory, and maintaining workplace cleanliness and disinfection. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Ability to handle difficult customers * Selling complementary or additional services * Point-of-sale operation **KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Database management * File management * Record control * Customer service **SALARY:** * $9,700 monthly * Statutory benefits * Permanent employment contract; formalized after three months **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM * Friday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM * One weekday day off **LOCATION:** * Shopping center, Santa Fe, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,700.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
