Ability to deal with difficult customers **CUSTOMER SERVICE – SKATING AREA** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Primarily responsible for providing service to both internal and external customers, supporting various departments, handling cash, controlling inventories, and maintaining workplace cleanliness and disinfection. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Ability to handle difficult customers * Selling complementary or additional services * Operating point-of-sale systems **KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Database management * File management * Document file control * Customer service **SALARY:** * $9,700 monthly * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term contract; permanent employment status granted after three months **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM * Friday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM * One weekday day off **LOCATION:** * Shopping center, Santa Fe, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,700.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
