Problem solving and identifying improvement opportunities ***A leading 3PL logistics and warehousing company is seeking a **Quality Analyst.** * Completed Industrial Engineering or Business Administration degree, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar roles. * General knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. * Process mapping and analysis. * Conducting quality and process audits. * Problem resolution through development and follow-up of action plans (Root Cause Analysis). * Identification of process deviations and improvement opportunities. * Implementation of improvements and assurance of functionality. * 5S audits. * Ability to analyze data and generate reports. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as teamwork skills. WE OFFER: Monthly gross salary of $12,000 plus statutory benefits. Bi-weekly payment.
