REQUIREMENTS * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree * 2 years of experience in logistics (cubic capacity calculation, planning, tracking, transportation) * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts) * Experience working with customers and carriers * Knowledge of: * Types of transport units * Order assignment * Transport unit requests * OTM knowledge (desirable) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Requesting transport units * Monitoring transport units at sites * Customer tracking (dispatch\-delivery) * Entering appointments in OTM * Assigning work orders * Monitoring transportation KPIs Working Hours: Monday to Friday. * 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday Work Location: DHL Macrocentro Cuautitlan Izcalli Tepalcapa * Querétaro km 34\.5, México–San Isidro Highway, 54730 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx.
