Generation of financial reports and KPIs Human Resources Consulting Firm Seeks FINANCE ANALYST Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting * Flexible working hours * Extensive knowledge of EXCEL (assessment will be administered) * Excellent attitude Responsibilities: * Prepare financial reports for management or executives. * Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. * Verify proper classification of accounting and financial transactions. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). * Monitor expenses, revenues, and profitability of projects or departments. * Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation. * Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual figures. Salary: $15,000 MXN net Statutory benefits from day one plus enhanced benefits (\+$1,000 meal allowance) upon signing a permanent employment contract.
