Position Summary: Legal advisor for negotiating commercial and technology contracts, advising on public tenders, and managing legal risks in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial and technology services contract negotiation 2. Legal advisory on public tenders and procurement processes 3. Legal risk analysis and mitigation in contracts • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology service contracts (software, infrastructure, managed services, etc.). • Provide legal advisory on procurement procedures: o Public tenders o Restricted invitations o Direct awards • Compile, review, and validate legal documentation for procurement processes with government entities. • Monitor: o Performance bonds o Advance payment bonds o Contractual guarantees • Analyze and mitigate legal risks in contracts and technology projects. • Respond to official requests and monitor administrative proceedings. • Supervise compliance with applicable regulations governing operations (public sector and technology). • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to formalize projects. • Support implementation of best practices in contracting and regulatory compliance. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: 24 years or older Knowledge: Corporate law, Contract drafting, Contract management, Tenders, Monitoring Keywords: corporate, business, corporate
