Job Summary: Transportes Potosinos is seeking a Credit and Collections Assistant to manage credit customers, track waybills, file documents, issue invoices, and carry out collections management and receivables recovery. Offers professional development opportunities within the company ### **Transportes Potosinos** A logistics company with 68 years of national presence seeks: **CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Public Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Flexible working hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Experience operating office equipment. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong professional performance. * Excellent personal presentation. Responsibilities: * Control and administration of credit customers. * Tracking and receipt of credit waybills (delivery proof) from branches nationwide. * Control and analysis of credit documentation (evidence for invoicing). * Filing and safeguarding of credit waybills. * Invoicing and delivery to customers (physical and/or digital). * Weekly account statement notifications via electronic means and communication. * Telephone and in-person collections management with customers. * Application of payments. * Review and analysis of outstanding balances in assigned receivables portfolio. * Recovery of overdue and current receivables. * Application of charges to waybills and invoices. * Review of customer files — new account openings. * Delivery and review of invoices at customer premises. **We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000 MXN monthly (tax-free), increasing to $14,000 MXN monthly after 3 months. * Weekly payment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (on-call duty). * Payment via Bancomer or BanBajío. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus). * One paid day off for birthday. * Paid leave on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday. * Employee discount on shipments. * Complimentary uniforms. * Career growth opportunities within the company.
