Key Responsibilities * **Provide clear and accurate information** * about products, services, warranties, policies, or processes. * **Resolve problems or escalate them to the appropriate department**, ensuring follow-up until resolution. * **Record customer interactions** in CRM systems or databases to maintain an updated history. * **Evaluate customer satisfaction** through surveys or direct feedback. * **Suggest improvements to processes or services** based on direct customer experience. * **Coordinate the repair schedule** * and keep the customer informed about progress and estimated timelines. * **Review and explain service estimates or quotations** prior to customer approval. * **Deliver the vehicle to the customer** after service, explaining work performed and future recommendations 3. **Internal and External Customer Service** Working Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 am–19:00 hrs Saturday 09:00 am–14:00 hrs Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
