Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields. Residence within the region and availability to travel to stores. **Experience in 360° management of multiple branches and direct responsibility for achieving all KPIs in retail or self-service environments. Personnel management (more than 25 employees) and knowledge of key processes (shrinkage, sales, turnover, mystery shopper). Valid driver’s license. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-performance teams with a focus on employees’ personal and professional growth. Manage operations of multiple business units as if they were your own entrepreneurial venture, ensuring control and continuous improvement of operational indicators (sales, turnover, shrinkage, service). Ensure excellent customer service in each store, conveying the organizational culture. Collaborate with support areas (Human Resources, Procurement, Auditing, IT Systems, Labor Relations, Suppliers). Develop strategies for employee retention and promotion of customer service.
