Job Summary: We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to join our Talent Attraction team, focused on recruitment and selection of operational staff. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment We seek a candidate to join our Talent Attraction team to support the increase in vacancies and operational hiring processes for the West Zone: Lomas, Interlomas, and Santa Fé. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:45 am to 07:15 pm, with one hour for lunch daily. What will you do? Recruit and select operational staff for branches in the West Zone. Post and track vacancies across various sources. Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and prepare candidate files. Track onboarding and support hiring processes. Work closely with store leaders to fill vacancies promptly. Create TikToks and social media content. Travel to different states to follow up on vacancies. What are we looking for? At least 1 year of prior recruitment experience (retail or operational experience preferred). Strong verbal communication skills and results-oriented mindset. Organization, sense of urgency, and problem-solving attitude. Excellent attitude and interest in crafts. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. Willingness and availability to travel and commute between branches. What do we offer? $16,500 Gross monthly salary Statutory benefits.
