Job Summary: Recruitment and Selection Analyst responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting candidate interviews and compiling application files Price Shoes is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst Main Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment processes aligned with required profiles to fill departmental vacancies. * Post job openings across various recruitment channels according to optimal profile criteria (internal and external). * Perform on-site promotional activities (flyer distribution and loudspeaker announcements) at booths or designated zones. * Attend job fairs and manage social media platforms. * Analyze and screen resumes received from external candidates. * Contact potential external candidates to schedule interviews. * Compile application files containing required documentation per position profile. * Conduct interviews with candidates.
