Experience: Minimum 1 year in monitoring and operating technological infrastructure or Data Centers. Mandatory experience in: Monitoring processes according to operational logs Reporting and escalating Data Center incidents Equipment changes and replacements within the Data Center Technical Knowledge Basic electromechanical knowledge (UPS, emergency power plants, cooling systems, electrical panels) Monitoring of technological and environmental infrastructure General programming knowledge Basic database knowledge Recording and control in operational logs Desirable familiarity with monitoring tools Responsibilities Monitor the Data Center’s critical infrastructure in real time. Record events and activities in logs. Report and escalate incidents according to established protocols. Support basic preventive and corrective maintenance. Execute physical equipment changes (servers, cabling, switches). Verify environmental conditions (temperature, power, humidity).
