Support for various departments and cash handling **CUSTOMER SERVICE – SKATE AREA** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Primarily responsible for providing service to both internal and external customers, supporting various departments, handling cash, managing inventory, and cleaning and disinfecting the work area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Ability to handle difficult customers * Selling complementary or additional services * Point-of-sale operation * Customer satisfaction oriented * Basic computer skills **PROFILE:** * High school diploma or technical degree * One year of experience as cashier, administrative assistant, or customer service representative * Service-oriented attitude **KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Database management * Invoicing * File management * File control * Customer service **SALARY:** * $9,700 monthly * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term contract; permanent staff status after three months **SCHEDULE:** * 11:00 am – 9:00 pm (variable openings and closings) * Monday to Sunday, one weekday day off **LOCATION:** * Av.
