Direct work with the General Management **Tax General Accountant (Retail & Oracle ERP)** Guadalajara Metropolitan Area $25,000 to $30,000 MXN monthly On-site | Immediate availability Reports directly to the General Management A retail-sector company with physical and digital operations seeks a General Accountant with a tax focus, high level of organization, and professional ethics. This is a key, stable, and fully trusted position within the organization. **Job Objective** To manage the company’s comprehensive accounting and tax control, ensuring compliance with SAT requirements, reliable financial information, and analytical accounting reconciliations (not based on subsequent adjustments). **Main Responsibilities** * General accounting in Oracle ERP * Tax filings (Income Tax, VAT, DIOT) * Monthly accounting closings * Preparation of financial statements * Bank and accounting reconciliations * Reconciliation of retail, e-commerce, and payment platform sales * Direct tax compliance with SAT (no external tax advisory firm) * Financial reporting to the General Management **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree completed) * Solid experience in taxes and tax compliance in Mexico * Organized, analytical, and meticulous profile * High professional ethics and confidential handling of information * Experience with ERP or accounting systems * Immediate availability (desirable) **Highly Valued (not mandatory)** * Retail experience * E-commerce or platform experience (e.g., Mercado Pago) * Experience in pet-sector companies (desirable) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $25,000 – $30,000 MXN * Job stability and trusted position * Structured company with Oracle ERP * Organized, low-volume accounting operations * Direct work with the General Management * Professional environment with strong financial discipline * **Stable working hours** * **Fridays off at 2:00 pm** (employment benefit) **Key Message of the Position** We seek a reliable, ethical, and tax-analysis-oriented accountant who prioritizes financial order and accounting accuracy over ad-hoc adjustments.
