Imagine supporting the control, analysis, and monitoring of the production plan—ensuring proper execution of routine tasks and timely recording of information, strengthening process traceability, and serving as backup for business continuity during the analyst’s temporary absences—and brand narrative. If that’s you, we want to hear from you! • Basic or essential knowledge: Production Costs, Inventory Control, Office Software, Management Indicator Handling. • Behavioral competencies: Vanguardism, resilience, altruism, enthusiasm, compliance, ethics, spirituality, transparency, commitment, workplace relationship management, initiative, continuous learning, discipline, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making. • Academic background: Higher education in production, manufacturing, engineering, administration, and/or related fields; or upper secondary education (preferably technical) in production, manufacturing, engineering, administration, and/or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions performing: • Assisting in reconciling remaining inventory balances after completion of each production batch, identifying and adjusting discrepancies to ensure record accuracy. • Preparing and analyzing key performance indicator (KPI) reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities in planning. • Processing billing documentation for contract manufacturing and requesting advances. • Supporting material consumption control per JOB executed in production, alerting the analyst regarding deviations in consumption or waste to enable timely corrective actions. • Developing and maintaining documented procedures, quality policies, and specific SGC manuals for planning. • Assisting in the analysis and monitoring of costs associated with each production batch, identifying variances and justifying deviations against budgets. • Presenting findings and cost variance analyses to the Planning Manager, proposing corrective actions when significant deviations are detected.
