Professional and results-oriented work environment We seek **sales floor staff** with verifiable experience in physical retail stores, preferably in footwear, results-oriented, and committed to delivering a professional and personalized shopping experience. **Work Location:** * Centro Galerías | Guadalajara, Jalisco **REQUIRED PROFILE (MANDATORY)** * Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience in physical stores. * Experience in footwear or fashion is desirable. * Genuine passion for sales and customer service. * Goal-oriented, commission-driven, and focused on closing sales. * Proactive, organized attitude with excellent personal presentation. * Ability to quickly learn processes, products, and sales techniques. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide personalized customer service and comprehensive advisory support throughout the entire purchasing process. * Apply consultative selling techniques, handle objections, and achieve effective closures. * Conduct product demonstrations (shoe fitting, footrest bench, and accurate size measurement). * Promote core product lines, promotions, and discounted items. * Record customer information for follow-up and after-sales service. * Assist with payment processing, size adjustments, and validation of codes as required. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper merchandise display in the sales area. * Participate in receiving, organizing, and inventory control of goods. **WE OFFER** * Competitive base salary + commission structure. * Guaranteed commissions for the first 3 months. * Statutory benefits. * Transportation assistance. * Continuous training in sales and customer service. * Professional and results-oriented work environment.
