Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, maximize sales, and train staff at Kekala branches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide an exceptional shopping experience and maximize sales 2. Lead, train, and supervise staff 3. Boost sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques Job Objective: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for Kekala customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales through in-depth product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and professional customer service. Train new staff and supervise assigned branches. Job Profile: - Customer service - Leadership and personnel management. - Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques. - Achieve or exceed established sales targets. - Inform customers about promotions and special offers - Conduct inventory counts - Receive and organize merchandise - Process cash and bank terminal sales transactions - Prepare and reconcile daily cash closing - Comply with internal policies and regulations - Clean the work area Job Requirements: - Education: High school diploma - Availability to travel to various branches (essential) - Preferably own motorcycle or vehicle. Experience: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience Knowledge: - Basic food hygiene practices for food preparation preferred. - Personnel management.
