We are seeking an IT Infrastructure and Support Manager to ensure the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s technological infrastructure. This role is critical to enabling operations (warehouses, transportation, customs) through reliable technology solutions, providing timely user support, and leading continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and ensure availability of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, telecommunications, hardware, and software). Lead the technical support area (help desk), ensuring response and resolution times (SLA). Implement and monitor information security policies. Manage IT vendors (services, licenses, maintenance, telecommunications). Coordinate infrastructure projects (implementations, migrations, upgrades). Ensure business continuity (backups, disaster recovery). Monitor system performance and propose improvements. Manage inventory of technological assets. Provide support for critical operations (WMS, WEP, TMS, ERP, customs systems, etc.). Lead and develop the technical support team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support. Experience leading support teams. Knowledge of: Networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, switches, firewalls) Servers (Windows/Linux) and virtualization Active Directory and Office 365 administration Cybersecurity (antivirus, access control, backups) Experience in operational environments (warehouses, logistics, transportation, or customs) is highly desirable.
