At **El Ruiseñor de México]**, we are seeking our next **Quality Manager** for our plant located in **Ixtlahuaca, State of Mexico**. **What will be your main challenge?** Ensuring the safety, consistency, and quality of our products while keeping the plant audit-ready, implementing and leading the food safety management plan, and coordinating operational staff without neglecting purchase order compliance. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of quality experience in the food industry (dry goods, seeds, or milling sectors highly preferred). * Certification or strong proficiency in HACCP, NOM\-251 (GMP), and food safety management systems. * Intermediate\-advanced English, with ability to read and interpret FDA regulations and conduct FDA audits in English. * Strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem\-solving capability on the production floor**.** * **Reside no more than 30\-40 minutes from the workplace or be willing to relocate.** **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Birthday day off. * External training. * Short\-term career growth opportunity. **Work location:** Ixtlahuaca, State of Mexico (On\-site).
