ACTIVITY: Responsible for enhancing corporate culture, work climate, and internal efficiency through the design and implementation of human resources strategies. Profile of the Organizational Development Intern: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (industrial/organizational), Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Full-time availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Experience: Typically requires 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Organizational Development, training, or performance evaluation. Technical Knowledge: Performance and competency evaluation. Training Needs Assessment (TNA). Work Climate and Organizational Culture Management. Development of procedural manuals and organizational charts. Proficiency in Office software (especially intermediate Excel) and Human Resources information systems. Skills and Competencies: Analytical and synthesis capabilities for working with metrics (KPIs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Orientation toward continuous improvement and internal customer service. Proactivity and strong organizational ability. Main Responsibilities: Work Climate and Culture: Measure, analyze, and propose actions regarding work climate and organizational culture. Training: Manage the training and development plan. Performance and Talent: Implement performance evaluations, career development plans, and succession planning. Onboarding: Manage onboarding for new employees. Organizational Change: Support change management and internal communication.
