A Security Monitor is required to work at SECUREWITNESS DE MEXICO. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring security systems in real time. This position is on-site and requires constant attention and rapid response capability to any incident. The Security Monitor will be responsible for continuously reviewing video recordings and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity. Any anomalies must be reported to the corresponding security teams, and preventive measures must be taken as necessary. In addition, the Security Monitor must maintain a detailed log of all monitored activities and report any incidents to supervisors. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong analytical ability. Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are required. The Security Monitor is expected to possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in CCTV and GPS security monitoring is required. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to security systems is highly valued. Detect anomalies and risks, and communicate them to clients. Monitor entries and exits to promptly identify potential incidents. Respond to emergency calls/alerts from clients. Contact authorities (if necessary). Generate status reports on CCTV server disk storage space to prevent recording loss due to saturation. Validate proper hardware and software functionality per workstation. Actively monitor services assigned to the designated workstation. We Offer: Base salary: $11,000 net. Statutory benefits.
