




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist - Inplant to manage operational and administrative staffing, validate processes, and ensure excellent communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for workforce management and personnel administration 2. Workforce control and HR process tracking 3. Responsible for managing operational and administrative staffing, validating processes, and ensuring excellent communication. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in this position (Pre-payroll handling for 1,000 HC staff and personnel administration are mandatory) - Advanced Excel proficiency - Age: 30 to 42 years - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
