Focus on confidentiality and professional ethics We require a Payroll Analyst Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years in payroll processing. Technical Knowledge: Current labor and tax legislation Calculation of taxes and social security contributions Payroll systems and intermediate/advanced Excel Main Responsibilities: Process periodic payroll (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) Calculate earnings, deductions, taxes, employer-employee social security contributions, and withholdings. Manage payroll incidents Address employee clarifications regarding payments, pay slips, and deductions. Maintain up-to-date employee information in payroll systems. Safeguard and handle confidential information with strict adherence to ethics and company policies.
