Teamwork and service-oriented attitude Job Description: Cook B Location: Mexico City Department: Kitchen / Food and Beverage Reports to: Chef / Sous Chef Job Objective Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with the quality, hygiene, and service standards of The Alexander Hotel, ensuring an exceptional gastronomic experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare food according to established recipes and standards. Assist in daily production (mise en place). Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation. Verify the quality and freshness of ingredients. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (H Certification preferred). Assist in inventory control and proper storage of products. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service timing. Follow instructions from the Chef or Sous Chef on duty. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience (hotels or restaurants). Basic knowledge of culinary techniques. Hygienic handling of food. Flexible availability (shift work required). Teamwork and service-oriented attitude.
