Development in accounting and tax-related activities JOB OBJECTIVE A reputable company is seeking a Junior Accountant to execute and monitor the company’s accounting and tax-related activities in compliance with current legal provisions, ensuring accurate transaction recording, document control, and support in accounting closings. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recording of income, expense, and journal entries Review and validation of CFDI receipts Issuance of CFDI and electronic payroll receipts Issuance of payment complements Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation Calculation and determination of provisional taxes (ISR, IVA, withholdings). Support in accounting closings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) Bank reconciliations Preparation of DIOT Compilation of working papers Analysis of accounting accounts Management of accounts payable and receivable (AP / AR) Support in tax calculation and filing TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficiency in SAT portal Knowledge of current tax regulations (CFF, LISR, RLISR, IVA, IEPS) Electronic invoicing Payroll calculation and electronic payroll receipts Intermediate Excel proficiency ERP or accounting software experience preferred SOFT SKILLS Attention to detail and accuracy in information handling Organization and document control Numerical analysis and logical thinking Responsibility and adherence to deadlines Proactivity and willingness to learn Teamwork and effective communication REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance only (graduated or internship candidate) 6 months to 1 year of experience in general accounting Knowledge of CFDI, taxes, and payroll Availability to work Monday–Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs Residence within a maximum 1-hour commute from Santa Fe (Cuajimalpa) WE OFFER Net monthly salary of $13,500 to $15,000 (based on experience) Statutory benefits Dynamic and collaborative work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 28 years Knowledge: Bank reconciliations, ERP Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, junior, paymaster, controller, billing clerk, treasurer, bookkeeper
