Develop your skills and grow with us as BAR MANAGER Responsibilities: Full management of the service bar. Handling and preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Inventory and supply control. Stocktaking and area cleaning. Leading the bar team. Operating point-of-sale systems, terminals, and order slips. Requirements: 100% attitude and discipline. Prior experience as a Bar Manager in a chain or franchise. Technical degree in Food & Beverage (A&B). Basic knowledge of beverages and alcoholic drinks. Skill in handling glassware. Ability to handle cash and valuables. Passion for service and guest attention. Excellent personal presentation and hygiene.
