Position Summary: Support the Social Security and Payroll Analyst in comprehensive payroll management, platform operations (e.g., SUA, IDSE, REPSE), and procedures with IMSS and Infonavit, emphasizing detail orientation and continuous improvement. Social Security and Payroll Assistant or Analyst Work Location: Miguel Hidalgo or Naucalpan Work Mode: On-site What Will You Do in This Role? • Calculate and submit biweekly and weekly payrolls. • Manage transactions on platforms such as SUA, IDSE, and REPSE. • Process registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS and Infonavit. • Prepare and deliver internal and external audits. • Coordinate procedures related to INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and loans. • Perform data cross-checks and validation in Excel using pivot tables. Requirements • Expertise in social security and employer obligations (IMSS, SUA, IDSE, REPSE). • Solid knowledge of ISR (Income Tax), variable components, and payroll processes. • Experience handling multiple employer registration records. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, database cross-referencing). • Administrative skills, attention to detail, and meticulous focus. • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
