




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Staff member responsible for payroll calculation and compliance with current labor, tax, and social security legislation at a specialized firm. At A&G, we drive our team members’ growth through real-world projects that strengthen their holistic development. **Your Role:** As Payroll Staff, you will maintain direct client contact and be fully accountable for payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with current labor, tax, and social security legislation. Your primary responsibilities include managing payroll incidents to determine earnings and deductions; calculating ISR withholdings on salaries and wages; calculating the employment subsidy; computing IMSS employer-employee contributions; calculating INFONAVIT contributions; calculating Fonacot loans; any other legally mandated deductions; and stamping payroll receipts. Additionally, you will assist in calculating severance payments and settlements; responding to client requests; and managing IMSS-related procedures—including employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications—via platforms such as SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, the IMSS Virtual Desktop, IMSS Inbox, and the Fonacot Portal. You will join a collaborative team that will lead and accelerate your continuous learning and teamwork skills, enabling participation in challenging projects and developing a comprehensive understanding of the payroll function.
