Job Objective Support the management and development of key retail channel accounts, ensuring operational follow-up, data analysis, and commercial execution to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities Support in managing key accounts (retail and mass merchandisers). Order, restocking, and returns tracking. Sales, inventory, and movement analysis. Preparation of commercial reports in Excel. Coordination with internal departments (logistics, sales, procurement). Support in presenting new products and commercial proposals. Monitoring of clients’ commercial KPIs. Profile Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Commerce, or related field). 1–3 years of experience in retail, corporate sales, or commercial analysis. Experience supporting key accounts or working with clients such as Liverpool, Coppel, Suburbia, or similar is desirable. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, database handling). Analytical, organized profile with interest in developing as a Key Account Manager (KAM). Work Location: Benito Juárez Borough, CDMX. · We Offer Salary: MXN $15,000 gross per month (paid biweekly).
