Dynamic work with field responsibilities PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY REQUIRES: TALENT ATTRACTION ANALYST REQUIREMENTS: * Standard vehicle driving skills (MANDATORY) * Valid driver's license * Proficiency in recruitment sourcing channels * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives * KPI compliance * Dynamic and proactive attitude * SELF-DIRECTED LEARNER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operational recruitment and selection (bus operator) * Initial interviews * Fieldwork * File compilation * Administration and follow-up of psychometric tests * Attendance at central offices in Querétaro * Candidate follow-up through to hiring * Knowledge of administrative profiles WE OFFER: * Base monthly salary of $15,000 gross * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation premium, vacation days, INFONAVIT) * Monthly food vouchers worth $950 * Opportunity for growth and development WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
