Our organization is seeking a National Enrollment and Admissions Coordinator responsible for leading enrollment growth strategy, driving effective commercial processes, and ensuring national goal attainment. · Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in sales or enrollment (ideally in the education sector). Experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, and commercial management. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis (Power BI preferred). · Responsibilities: Ensure implementation of strategies and promotional efforts. Oversee execution of promotion plans and enrollment progress. Implement and update tools; provide support and service tracking for the department. Monitor execution of strategic marketing and promotion plans. Lead implementation of commercial processes and CRM usage. Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and periodic results reporting. Administer budgets and optimize promotional resources. Provide advisory support on sales processes, promotion plans, and marketing at regional and school levels. Provide enrollment and fee projections, as well as promotional information.
