Position Summary: We are seeking an Elementary School Volleyball Coach to foster the sports, educational, and disciplinary development of elementary school students, promoting teamwork and values. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes the sports and educational development of elementary school students. 2. Promotes teamwork, physical activity, and sports values. 3. Designs sessions appropriate for students' age and academic level. **Elementary School Volleyball Coach** **Location:** Santa Fe, Mexico City **Schedule:** Monday: 2:15 PM – 4:15 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 2:15 PM – 4:30 PM **Salary:** $9,758 gross monthly Benefits: Statutory benefits plus major medical insurance, savings fund, food vouchers (8%), and vacation periods in December, Holy Week, and summer. **Position Objective** To foster the sports, educational, and disciplinary development of elementary-level students through volleyball instruction in a school setting, promoting teamwork, physical activity, and sports values. **Responsibilities** * Deliver volleyball training to elementary school students. * Design sessions appropriate for students' age and academic level. * Promote sports habits, discipline, and teamwork. * Prepare the team for events, internal tournaments, or school exhibitions. * Monitor students’ technical and educational progress. * Maintain communication with the sports coordination team and school authorities. **Required Profile** * Must be a certified volleyball coach. * Minimum 2 years of experience coaching in schools or children’s programs. * Experience working with elementary-level students (preferred). * Sports education or related certifications (preferred). * Passion for working with girls in an educational environment. * Responsibility, organization, and an educational focus.
