We are looking for your talent to join our technical team. **YOUR MISSION:** Lead the technical and economic integration of tenders, ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance in public works projects. **Job Description:** · Preparation of base budgets and unit price analysis. . Complete assembly of tender documentation packages. . Control of estimates and monitoring of site/cabinet quantity surveyors. . Interaction with government agencies. . Integration of technical and economic proposals for Public Works. . Proficiency in the Public Works and Related Services Law. . Preparation of construction quantity surveyors and support for estimates. . Analysis of fundamentals, hourly costs, real wage factors, and overheads. **Education Level:** · Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree preferred). **Experience:** .
